Meet Our Team

James founded Box Dental Upholstery and Equipment Repair with a passion for keeping dental offices running at their best. With years of hands-on experience in dental equipment repair and installation, James leads every job with a commitment to quality and reliability. He is factory trained by Air Techniques, A-dec®, Planmeca, and Midmark, and is also a certified electrician — giving him the expertise to handle everything from chair mechanics and delivery systems to full electrical work in the operatory. His wife Kendra Box handles all of the upholstery work alongside her dedicated team, bringing the same care and craftsmanship to every chair and surface they restore. Kendra also takes care of all the marketing and bookkeeping, keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. James and Kendra have been married since 2016 and truly run this business as a team.

Dewayne has been a family friend of the Box family for many years and has worked alongside James for over over 20 years. He brings the same factory training and hands-on experience — including Air Techniques, A-dec®, Planmeca, and Midmark — and shares James's commitment to quality workmanship on every job. As our Technician, Dewayne is dedicated to his customers and embodies the standard of service that Box Dental Repair is built on.
